Tonight’s WGA Strength class will be starting a new 8 week push block working bench press and strict press. This is welcome for members and non members to come in and work through a structured programme for the 8 week period focusing on increasing weights but also building a stronger set up. By end of the block there will be a 1RM test to show how you have progressed 🏋🏻♂️
First session shall start from 5pm tonight 💪🏻

Well done to team WGA competing today in Montrose at ‘North East Strongest’ strongman/strongwoman competition. Fantastic efforts from all the athletes giving it there all with coach Dan through supporting our members.
Big shout to George for taking first place in the beginners class just 2 weeks after getting runner up in our own ‘Angus Strongest Man’ event 💪🏻 🏆
