Today we celebrate with one of our most exciting and unique classes ever, a FREE 1.5hr virtual Pilates class on YouTube! Featuring our founders Glenn and Elisa Withers, alongside Mark Archer, Natalie Rogalski, Gemma Ellis, Melanie Bryant, James Dean and Helen Feeney, each teacher delivers a separate 10 minute session for you and we have edited this into a seamless full length class. Join me this Sunday morning for a 40 minute Pilates class on zoom to raise funds for Action Cancer.
I know that my amazing Mum and mother-in-law have needed help to fight cancer in the past and I am so grateful for all the help they received. Delighted to have this opportunity to help Action Cancer as a small gesture of thanks.
