4 years ago I started our Over 50's class and it's still going strong. Over the 4 years a number of people have came along to the class and a good number of those are still there. There are many benefits from boxing training, as well as improving fitness, it is great for your mental health and wellbeing. If anyone is interested in coming along to this class and training in a friendly and welcoming environment just message our page.
We also have a Ladies Boxing class which is on weekly and you would be made welcome by a friendly group of ladies and there is a boxing training class on Wednesday each week for anyone 16+.

and for anyone 16+ there is a boxing fitness class on Wednesday's at 7:00PM. 🥊
