Club back open tonight at 6:45pm hope to see a good crowd,new starts very welcome.

After our meeting tonight, it was decided to change our training nights to, Monday Wednesday, and Friday, same times as before, 6.45 until 8pm

£5 per week,(1 or 3 sessions regardless)
Siblings £1 extra per child
(Talk to paddy privately if any issues with fees)

*Mondays:6:45--8:00pm=open to all

*Wednesday:ladies training 6-6:45pm/open 6:50 to 8:00.pm

*Firday:6:30 to 7:30pm=Carded boxers(floor open to all members but carded boxers only be on pads ect)
