We were lucky enough to be invited down to the brand new Padel At The Pub courts at Black Horse Chesham for an exclusive session before they officially open to the public this Saturday! 🎾

A fantastic social for some of our FitCrowd members, an hour of padel on the brilliant new courts, followed by a drink in the pub garden. ☀️

Sorry we couldn’t have more FitCrowders join us for this one off session! But, we can already see this being a brilliant regular social for the FitCrowd community.

Who’s up for the next game? 👀🎾

What a brilliant day at Amersham Heritage Day! 🙌❤️

We were so proud to have our FitCrowd stand at such a fantastic local event. Community is at the heart of everything we do at FitCrowd, so it was amazing to see so many familiar faces and meet plenty of new ones too!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello 👋

And a special shoutout to all our amazing FitCrowders who came to see us, lots of those proudly wearing their FitCrowd merch! 💪

To all the future FitCrowders we met today, it was great to meet you and we can’t wait to welcome you into the community very soon!

Welcome to the 100 Club Danny! 💯💪

100 FitCrowd sessions complete, and some serious progress along the way! When Danny first started, he was bench pressing 10kg dumbbells… now he’s up to 27.5kg! 👏

Danny has found a great balance with one Hybrid and one Strength session each week, and the consistency is definitely paying off.

He’s pictured with his daughter Jess, who’s also a FitCrowder, we love that they both train with us and get to share their FitCrowd journey together! 🫶

Amazing work Danny, here’s to the next 100! 💪

Meet Emma👋☺️

Like so many people, balancing work, kids and home life can make fitting exercise in difficult. Since joining FitCrowd, Emma has found something she enjoys, is seeing real progress and has made training part of her routine. 💪

In Emma’s words, “It’s the best thing I’ve done in 2026! I come back from these classes and I feel amazing.”

Strength training has so many benefits: improving strength, mobility, reducing stress and supporting long-term health and longevity. 💪

Another two members join the 100 Club!! 💯👏

This week, it’s husband and wife duo Steve & Chris!

An amazing achievement from two people who consistently prioritise their health and fitness. They have made FitCrowd a real part of their routine coming 3 times a week.

Since starting, they’ve both become so much stronger, improved their mobility and made fantastic progress with their overall fitness 💪

Ben loves having them in his sessions, they always bring such a positive attitude to training, with plenty of laughs and jokes along the way! 😂

100 sessions completed and plenty more to come! Huge well done, Steve & Chris! 🎉

Meet Sue 👋💪

Sue joined FitCrowd wanting to improve her general strength and fitness. Having tried other classes in the past, she never really felt like she was making the progress she wanted.

Fast forward over 3 years at FitCrowd, and Sue is still going strong! 🙌

For Sue, it’s not just about getting a workout done. She leaves every class feeling like she’s achieved something, made progress and challenged herself.

And a big part of what has kept her coming back? The FitCrowd community ❤️

Three years of showing up, getting stronger and continuing to progress. Amazing work Sue! 👏

DAVE JOINS THE 100 CLUB! 💯

A huge congratulations to Dave on hitting an incredible 100 sessions at FitCrowd! 👏

Dave consistently smashes out 3 sessions a week and is an absolute pleasure to train. His progress has been amazing, with plenty of PBs along the way! 💪

He’s a big fan of our Strength sessions, and all that hard work and consistency is certainly paying off.

Dave says:
“100 sessions in and I’m stronger, fitter and still smiling. Thanks Ben and Adam for making every session count - this crowd is the best!”
