Hi folks - after a lovely broody run at Brotherswater last night, we will be heading out from Ambleside tomorrow (24th) for a shortish all together run towards either Todd Crag or Jenkins Crag. Matt by Ambleside School at 6pm ready to run, and the social side will conclude in the Golden Rule afterwards 🥳.

Hiya folks, meeting this Tuesday 22 Sept at 6pm at the car park near the church past Brotherswater Inn. There will be running and walking groups depending on who turns up.

Drinks at the Brotherswater Inn. Head torches just in case it gets dark. No one gets left behind.

Lifts from Ambleside Post Office leaving at 5.35pm. Let us know if you need one.

Hi everyone 👋. We are meeting in Ambleside tomorrow eve and hoping that the monsoons don’t put us all off this time ☔️☔️☔️☔️🌊🛶🤣. We will have an all together run of around 5k/6k, perhaps to High Sweden Bridge. All welcome! Meet by the school at 6pm, and drinks in the Golden Rule to follow 🍺.

Hey folks, it's Autumn and we are gonna meet at one of our fave spots near Troutbeck Church this Tuesday 15 Sept at 6pm.
Lots of options for everyone this week..we have a longer fast run, we have a 5k or if you're injured or recovering from DOMS after The Lap, we have a walk.

UPDATE ****** - Due to today’s heavy rain we have called off the run this evening ☔️☔️☔️☔️☔️

Hi everyone 👋. We are meeting this Thursday for a run from Ambleside. The actual route will be decided on the eve, but will be around 5k/6k and probably be fairly low level as it is supposed to be a bit of a wet one ☔️☔️☔️. Meet at Ambleside School at 6pm, and refreshments in The Golden Rule afterwards 🍺.

Hey folks, we are meeting this Tuesday 8 Sept in Grasmere in the car park just after the Garden Centre at 6pm.

This week there are 3 groups you can choose from. One going 8/10k, one going 5k and a walking group for those of us who are currently injured😬
