The 4 exercises👇

It’s not the fancy stuff that gets results… It’s consistently doing the basics with progressive overload, which transforms your body by adding weight, reps, or sets over time ⏰

1️⃣ Chest Press
Capped shoulders make your waist look smaller. Most women avoid upper body. But it’s the key to giving your body that toned, athletic look 💪🔥👀

2️⃣ Barbell Squats
Full depth, controlled reps with a weight that actually challenges you. Squats build your quads, glutes, and core all at once. They also boost your metabolism because you’re working so much muscle at one time. Master your depth first. Then start increasing the weight 🏋️‍♀️

3️⃣ Deadlifts
This one hits your entire posterior chain. Hamstrings, glutes, back. Keep the weight close to your legs and control the movement. Focus on the slow eccentric (3-4 seconds down)👌

4️⃣ Rows
Rows (or any pulling exercise) are an exceptionally effective exercise because they improve your posture and build a strong toned back with smooth, joint-friendly tension that minimises injury risk ❤️‍🩹
