Dear Zumba family,
Following the latest government advice, i've decided to postpone all my Zumba classes.
All prepaid classes can be used when we next get together.
Let's all play our part to stop the spread of Covid-19.

Calling all the mums!

I am launching my new class Zumba Mama at Bodhi Barn (Dunham Massey).
Come get fit and have fun at a Zumba Fitness class for mums that you can take your baby/toddler to!

Zumba fitness is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditionning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave the class!

Zumba Mama is tailored for mums, easy to follow and suitable for all abilities no matter whether you can't dance... just come along, dance and enjoy the music while your baby/toddler can sleep, play in the play area or watch you dance!

Rose is a licenced Zumba instructor and a mom of 3. She is passionate and trained to many rythms (salsa, merengue, pop, flamenco, afro beats, raggeaton...).

Mums must have been given the all clear to take part in activity by their health care professional.

All females are welcome - you don't need to be a mum!

Your first class is £5.
