We need to see how we able support Bury Aikido for their open day. As well as running our regular class on Sunday afternoon 2-4pm at the Grammar Altrincham (Boys)

Sue Sensei led the session-we had asked yesterday for people attending to think about Q1 to Q3

3. Anything that you are confused with?? (Sue will ask U to explain, coach and lead the answers U gave given for 10mins.

Contrasting activity on winding the class up was 1st Kumijo. Less experienced 1&2 Jo suburi solo then with partner.

Aikido - our Sunday class on 21st June is cancelled. As we are attending a weekend course with a top American Sensei from organised by Marple Aikido

Venue is at the Altrincham Grammar School (Boys). (where Trafford Aikido normally trains. )
