Ever wondered how we plan our sessions here at TBT?

Theres method to the madness!!

If we could give you some pieces of advice , it’s to stop majoring in the minors!!

You can ditch the fancy training split.. all you need 2-3 Full body sessions per week , not endless hours of BS cardio or HIIT training..

You need hit multiple rep ranges , not high rep low weight to ‘tone up’ ..

And most importantly you need to do this over a period of time to see real results and real change!!
