Free Two Week Course - Alton Wing Chun Chinese Boxing

Wing Chun Chinese Boxing is a Martial Art and Self-Defence system renowned for its practicality, efficiency, and emphasis on close-quarters combat. Rooted in principles of economy of movement and directness, Wing Chun offers a holistic approach to combat and personal development.

In our classes you will learn:

• Practical skills and strategies for Personal Safety and Self Defence

• Punching, Kicking, Open Hand, Elbow and Knee strikes, Locks, Pins & Takedowns

• Simple Blocking & evasion techniques including footwork skills

• Fitness training, Forms, Pad work, Spar Drills & controlled Sparring

• How to use the Wing Chun Wooden Dummy “Mook Yan Jong”

What makes our class different?

• An informal and friendly training environment and a very warm welcome!

• No Gi required we wear a Club T Shirt and trainers to protect our feet

• Our training syllabus is designed for fast skill development and is unique to us

• The class is led by a Master Coach with over 25 years of experience

•Gradings are undertaken in the class and with your instructor
