🌿 WELLNESS WEEK 🌿

Fancy trying one of our fitness classes but not sure about coming along on your own? This is the perfect chance! 🙌

For Wellness Week, we’re opening up a selection of our existing classes FREE to non-members, meaning our members can bring a friend along to give them a try! 💪

Our free sessions are:

🚴 Monday 21st – Indoor Cycling – 6pm
🧘 Monday 21st – Yoga – 7pm
🔥 Wednesday 23rd – FatBurn – 6pm
🏋️ Thursday 24th – Body Pump – 9:30am
🧘‍♀️ Thursday 24th – Body Balance – 7:15pm
🥊 Friday 25th – Body Combat – 9:30am

These aren’t additional classes — they’re our usual scheduled sessions, just opened up FREE to non-members for Wellness Week.

Our team may also have a few fun gym challenges running throughout the week, so keep an eye out when you’re in! 👀

Whether you’re completely new to classes or just fancy trying something different, come along and get involved. 💚
