Just a reminder that their will be no kettlebells tonight as I am away.
Next Monday and Wednesday will be back on as normal.

Their will be no kettlebells tonight due to the Bank Holiday. Wednesday will be on as usual. Enjoy the day!!

Due to quite a few cancellations their will be no kettlebells tonight. Fingers crossed for sunny weather and kettlebell madness next week! 💪☀️

Due to a few cancellations and the lovely British weather Kettlebells will not be on tonight. I will be doing my Sun dance for next week. 🌞

I have a close eye on the forecast for tonights session but if it is heavy rain I might just have to cancel. I am getting soft in my old age!

Tonight is looking a little damp but I am still game if everyone else is.
Main Street in Alne is shut due to road works. It is as you go out towards Easingwold so you all need to come in through Tollerton or Tholthorpe direction.

Due to low numbers and rubbish weather, tonights session is cancelled. I will still be doing zoom tomorrow night 6.30pm and Wednesday in Alne is still on at 7.15pm.

Afternoon all. I hope everyone enjoyed the lovely weekend sun and soaked up the vitamin D. It is looking like the rain is back for tonight. I have had a couple of cancellations due to illness and the weather. If you are planning on coming along tonight please could you let me know so I can get an idea of numbers. 🙂
