🏅 LET’S REINVIGORATE CLACKMANNANSHIRE CLUBSPORT

The Clackmannanshire ClubSport network has been inactive for some time, and we have missed opportunities to connect, learn from one another and champion the fantastic clubs, volunteers and athletes of the Wee County.

Following an inspiring summer of sport—and with our fantastic new leisure centre on the horizon—this feels like the right time to bring the network back together.

We are holding an Extraordinary General Meeting to discuss the network’s future, hear what local clubs need and appoint a new committee.

Scottish ClubSport is delighted to confirm the Scottish Government will continue to waive PVG fees for volunteers from qualifying organisations. They responded to the public consultation & wrote to Scottish Government Ministers - championing local sport at a national level.

Nominations are now open for the Clackmannanshire Sports Awards, celebrating the remarkable sporting accomplishments and the unwavering dedication of volunteers throughout 2024.
