A fantastic class for mums and little ones, held every Thursday morning at Tullibody Civic Centre (9.30am-10.30am)😊 If you’d like to get fit, meet other mums, and give your little ones the chance to make new friends while having fun together, contact Emma on 07741 320270. Being a mum can be challenging, and finding the motivation to exercise isn’t always easy, but these classes are uplifting and give you the opportunity to connect with other mums who understand. It’s a brilliant idea for a fitness class!👌💕👶🏻
