Do you ever feel like a swan? Trying to appear graceful and organised on the surface but paddling like mad undereath the water. I know that I do! Willow weaving reminds me to slow down and loose myself in the moment, then beautiful things emerge.

Yesterday evening Spinney Cottage Studio held our first willow weaving workshop at Hidden Gem Jewellery School & Craft Workshop. What a fantastic evening we had, with mainly first time willow weavers creating beautiful and practical willow tension trays. Well done everyone.
