Great day for our juniors today at the RDL. They won both their games and a first time out for some of our S1 players.

Great turn our for both S1/ beginner, U15 and U18 training sessions tonight. Great to see everyone back following Prelim study leave. Awesome effort and enthusiasm tonight, Go Bulls!!

Reminder that the girls only basketball training session is on a Friday from 3-4pm for all girls under 18 and any experience. Please send us a message of you or your child would like to attend. It is held at Alford Community Campus.

Great training sessions tonight. Brilliant turn out from S1 group and U
15s. Low turn out for advanced U18 session so they focused on fitness training and worked really hard, session included su***de drills, press ups, burpees, jogging laps, sprints and sit ups. Well done guys for your hard work and dedication.
