A thank you letter from CHAS acknowledging our charitable donation🦊🎯

We are incredibly proud to announce that the £1,000 raised through our fundraising efforts at the George Lavery Memorial Premier League Play-Off Finals has now been donated, with the total split equally between two fantastic causes: Mentor Scotland & Children's Hospices Across Scotland
George’s son, Sean, kindly attended one of Mentor Scotland’s Friday night meetings in person to present a donation of £500.
Unfortunately, due to diary commitments on both sides, we were unable to meet with CHAS Community Fundraiser Cara Bowden in person. However, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to Cara for her support throughout the event, including providing charity-branded materials and personally delivering them to the venue. Instead, we made our donation through the CHAS website and were able to take advantage of the Gift Aid scheme, increasing our £500 donation by an additional 25% to a total of £625.
On behalf of everyone involved, thank you to every player, supporter, donor and volunteer who contributed throughout the competition. Your generosity and support made this possible, and we are delighted that together we have been able to make a meaningful contribution to two organisations that do such important work across Scotland.

🏆🎯 THE STAGE IS SET... FINALS NIGHT IS HERE! 🎯🏆
After 10 incredible weeks of arrows, drama, brilliant performances and unforgettable moments, the league phase of The George Lavery Memorial Laughing Fox Premier League has officially come to an end!
What a journey it's been, with EIGHT different nightly winners over the ten weeks featuring 52 players over the piece, proving just how competitive and varied this year's league has been. Every single week produced a new story, and qualification for Finals Night wasn't decided until the very last night!
Congratulations to Ronnie Clarke, who finishes top of the league table to be crowned League Phase Champion, edging out John Johnson on leg difference after both finished level on points.
A huge congratulations also to our Top 8 qualifiers, who will now battle it out for the biggest prize of them all:

A special mention goes to Paul Black, who produced a superb performance to win Night 10, while James Garner's runner-up finish earned the crucial points needed to book his place in the Finals. Unfortunately, despite his fantastic victory, Paul narrowly missed out on qualification.
👏 Commiserations to everyone who just missed out, especially John McAreavey and Gavin Lees, who pushed the race for the final qualification place right down to the wire.
