What a bloody FANTASTIC Thursday night of we had at the studio 🥳. Classes my have been quiet, bit we sure made up for it with energy & laughs!!

Last but not least, we finished the night off with a mixed level class of Basic Boots line dancing 👢. And our cowgirls absolutely SMASHED the routines after only two weeks 👏. And we even managed to dance Wh***ey Wh***ey 1,2,3,4 in Contra 🙌.

Unfortunately I didnt manage to get any wee clips as my phone ran out of space 🤦‍♀️.

WHO WANTS CLUBBERCISE BACK??
With the darker nights creeping back in, I thought it would be a great time to bring back this fabulous fun class 🌈.

So, who wants our original Clubbercise class BACK on the timetable???🤔

We're looking at slotting it in on either a Monday or Thursday evening. Comment below if you'd be interested in coming along ⬇️.

And if we get enough interest, we'll be adding it back into our timetable very soon! 🥳.

🌈 CLUBBERCISE 🌈
A fun, full-body workout with BANGING soundtrack that feels more like a night out than a workout!

Set to club anthems from 90s classics to the latest chart hits, classes are held in a darkened room with party lights and our trademark LED glow sticks.

Routines are easy-to-follow with high and low impact options for all fitness levels.
