Open mat session with loads of grafters in doing some extra work over the holidays

The gym will be open from 10am this morning for open mat training if anyone wants to pop in and get a wee workout in!

Today, we have had the gym open for our first open mat sessions of the summer, and it has been very well received by a lot of our members coming in for an hour or so to get some solo training done.

Next one will be on Wednesday with more 1-1’s also available
