How many times have you lost the same weight?
Read it again.
How many times have you gone back and forth with your weight?
Lose 10 pounds.
Gain it back.
Repeat.
Your problem isn’t that you can’t lose weight.
It’s that you’ve never been shown how to keep it off and manage it in every day life.
I’m here to help you.
DM me ‘food’ and I’ll teach you how you manage it.

She just keeps getting better and better 🔥
Her first message to me was:
“I want to learn how to train properly.”
She was already in the gym… but just winging it. So not really getting the most out of her sessions.
She has her wedding booked and wanted to feel the best she possible could for it.
And now:
⬇️ 12.2kg/ 26.8lbs down
✨ Major visible changes
Consistent progress every week since we started working together, even with life challenges thrown in, and managing regular migraines along the way… so adjustments were needed.
She has completely changed her life around in every sense of the word.
She will now be heading into her wedding in a completely different mindset and body.
We still haven’t finished yet, 5 weeks to go till the big day 💒
Next phase after the wedding is to gain some muscle and get her the dream body she wants 🔥
A crazy transformation from the start and her hard work is showing off.
Honestly I look forward to her check in every week. I’m so proud of her for getting this far and very grateful she trusts me❣️

“You can’t make real change in just a few weeks.”
I’ve heard this one so many times and honestly, it’s just not true.
You can make a hell of a lot of change in 8, 12, 16 weeks. I’ve seen it in my clients and I’ve done it myself.
But it comes down to two things.
The first is your starting point. Not just in terms of how much you’ve got to lose, but how honest you are about where you’re at right now. Your habits, your routine, what’s realistic alongside everything else going on in your life. Get clear on that and the timeline becomes realistic.
The second is whether you can actually stick to the plan and I mean a plan that fits YOUR life, your schedule, your food and the way you train. Not the one that worked for your mate and not the one some influencer is flogging, because the perfect plan you can’t keep up with will always lose to the simple one you can.
8 - 12 weeks from now you could be telling a completely different story about yourself.
So, the question is…. do you actually want to start?
If you’ve been thinking about it, just drop me a message and we can chat about where you want to get to.
