Brekkie, stages 1,2 & 3😀Berries 🍓🫐 = vitamins….FULL FAT Greek yogurt 😍🥣 = contains Protein,B vitamins, Calcium & selenium….Pumpkin Seeds ❣️ contain Magnesium, Zinc and Protein, protects against cancer, helps heart health, boosts sleep, alleviates menopausal symptoms, helps digestion.
Then last but not least I pop in 1 tsp Honey (optional) 🍯…a natural sweetener still containing important vitamins and minerals unlike refined sugar! Still use in moderation though🍯

Sometimes you are allowed to go off plan when your routine changes. I was away working and seeing friends this week. Back now and have my go to brekkie back full of fresh fruit and protein. Love this time of year with all the berries!

As we age we lose flexibility and muscle tone so therefore need to INCREASE the amount of activity we do NOT lessen.
This class is designed for older populations, populations with compromised mobility, joint and health issues.
It’s a combination of low impact cardio, light weights and resistance bands to increase flexibility. Chair based or standing.
