You are one breath, one movement, one moment away from feeling different. 💚
One of the things I love most about this space is that people arrive exactly as they are.
Some come full of energy. Some come feeling exhausted. Some are carrying stress, uncertainty or simply the weight of a busy week.
And every single one is welcome.
We can't always change what's happening around us, but we can choose to pause. To breathe. To move. To create a little space between ourselves and everything we're carrying.
That's why I love Viktor Frankl's words:
"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response."
Maybe that's what movement gives us.
Not an escape from life, but a chance to reconnect with ourselves so we can meet life with a little more clarity, strength and compassion.
Thank you to everyone who continues to make The Hut such a warm, supportive community. It really is a privilege to witness people show up for themselves and for one another.

Yesterday one of my HELD clients finished her six-month journey and surprised me with this beautiful orchid and card.
It was such a thoughtful gesture, and when I later discovered that orchids symbolise resilience, strength and growth, I couldn't think of a more fitting gift.
When she joined the programme, she was carrying a lot, going through a significant life transition and also dealing with grief, and feeling quite lost in herself. One of the things she later shared was that HELD came along at exactly the right time.
Over the last six months we've spent time moving, talking, reflecting and working through whatever needed attention that day. Sometimes the biggest shifts don't come from doing more, they come from slowing down enough to notice what's really going on.
One part of her message really stayed with me. She said that now, when she notices herself slipping back into old patterns, she can acknowledge it and make small changes before things spiral.
To me, that's what growth looks like. Not a perfect life, but having the awareness and confidence to respond differently.
The orchid has found a sunny spot at home where I can enjoy it every day, but it's the privilege of walking alongside people as they reconnect with themselves that means the most.
Thank you for your trust over the last six months. Watching your growth has been a gift in itself. 💚

There are moments when I look around the studio and feel incredibly grateful for the people who walk through these doors.
This reel captures a little of what The Hut is really about. Yes, there is movement. Yes, there is heat, breath, stretching, strengthening and all the physical benefits that come with it.
But underneath all of that is something even more important: connection.
Connection to ourselves. Connection to each other. Connection to a sense of belonging.
In a world that can feel busy, isolating and overwhelming, there is something special about sharing a space with others who simply show up. Not because they have it all figured out, but because they are willing to take the next step, however that looks on any given day.
I've seen friendships form here. I've seen people support one another through difficult seasons. I've seen laughter, tears, courage, vulnerability and growth.
And I never take that for granted.
The quote on the board this morning felt fitting:
"When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves." – Viktor Frankl
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is show up, stay open, and allow ourselves to be changed by the experience.
Thank you for being part of this beautiful community.

Arrive as you are. Leave as more of yourself. 🌿
Some days we leave stronger. Some days lighter. Some days clearer.
The important thing is that we show up.

✨ Sound Bath ✨
A evening of rest, relaxation and connection at The Hut.
Thank you to everyone who came along and embraced the experience so fully. 💚
There won't be a Sound Bath in July, but we'll be back in August. Keep an eye out for the next date coming soon.

Over the last six months I've had the privilege of walking alongside an incredible group of people through HELD.
Together we've explored movement, active listening, holistic therapies, community, self-care and all the small but meaningful changes that help us feel more connected to ourselves and our lives.
As many of those original members begin to reach the end of their six-month journey, I've found myself reflecting on just how special it has been to witness their growth, courage and commitment to themselves.
I now have a small number of spaces available for those who feel called to begin their own HELD journey.
✨ 1-Month HELD Experience
A gentle introduction to HELD for those who are curious and would like to experience the support before making a longer commitment.
Investment: £175
✨ 3-Month HELD Experience
An opportunity to build momentum, create meaningful change and develop supportive habits over time.
Investment: £450 total (£150 per month)
✨ 6-Month HELD Experience
The opportunity to go deeper, allowing more time for growth, accountability and lasting transformation.
Investment: £750 total (£125 per month)
One of the things I wanted to create was flexibility. Life changes, seasons change, and sometimes we need space. Those who complete the six-month journey can continue, take a break, or return in the future whilst retaining their member rate of £125 per month.
At its heart, HELD isn't really about memberships at all.
It's about feeling supported, listened to, encouraged and cared for.
It's where movement, conversation, treatment, community and nourishment come together to support the whole person.
HELD is intentionally limited to a small number of members at any one time, allowing me to offer a genuinely personal, supportive and individual experience for everyone involved.
If you've been curious about HELD and wondering whether now might be your time, I'd love to have a conversation with you. 💛

✨ THE WELLNESS TABLE ✨
An open morning at the HUT for anybody curious about the integrative wellness support we offer within our community.
Over the past while, so many people have been asking questions about the HELD programme, the nutrition club, the classes, the treatments, the deeper support work and how it all connects together… so it felt like the perfect time to open the doors and bring everything into one space.
This morning is an opportunity to come along, explore, ask questions, connect and get a feel for what support could look like for you 🤍
You’re welcome to come alone or bring someone along who you feel could benefit from a more holistic approach to wellbeing.
At the HUT we believe health is about the whole person.
For some people, support may look like movement, structure and accountability.
For others, it may be active listening, nervous system support and being properly heard.
For others, it may be nutritional guidance, holistic treatments or simply finding community again.
And often… it’s a blend of many things.
During the morning you’ll be able to:
✨ Learn about the HELD Programme
✨ Explore the fitness & movement side of things
✨ Hear about the holistic treatments available at the studio
✨ Chat about nutrition and wellness support
✨ Connect with some of the therapists and practitioners we work closely alongside
✨ Hear real stories and experiences from members of our community
✨ Sit in a warm, relaxed, no-pressure environment and simply explore what feels supportive for you

There’s just something really special about watching people slowly become more themselves in this space.
The wee chats before class.
The laughs when everybody falls out a balance pose at once 😂
The people who nearly didn’t come but arrive anyway.
The familiar faces returning week after week.
Honestly… it never feels small to me.
Very grateful for this little community we’ve built over the years at the HUT 🤍✨
Waiting on my counselling essay results brought up far more in me than I expected.
Old feelings of not being good enough. Old memories of embarrassment and anxiety-filled dreams I’ve had on repeat through the years where the feeling was always the same. A felt sense of failure, being less than & incapable. The dreams would be around things like failing an exam, forgetting my lines on stage or feeling completely out of my depth with a looming deadline.
Instead of running from those feelings, I brought them into the counselling space and into prayer. I met them compassionately and began to understand where they have begun in the first place which was a hugely interesting insight in itself.
One night, a couple of weeks ago after a really powerful counselling session, I had a dream with a less familiar outcome.
In the dream, my tutor was reading out everyones results and left mine until last. I felt the dread while waiting. The same exact dread I was so familiar with in the dream space. Then the energy shifted and I sensed it was good news, she said: I'd like to say a massive well done on an excellent essay, Sarah" I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to experience a sense of accomplishment. I woke with curiousity.
In the week that followed, fear still reared its head at times, but because of the experience, I found myself being able to settle back into trust and prayer instead of automatically expecting failure. How profound the dream space can be!
Today I was in the forest walking Teídi when I received my result, which seems like a very fitting place to get the news. To see that I had passed with a commendation was quite the surprise, to see my tutors feedback ending in the very words she told me in the dream was mind blowing. A moment I'm very unlikely to forget. Relief, joy & Immense gratitude overwhlemed me.
A reminder that going inwards is more than self-reflection. Sometimes it becomes a gateway to healing, to trust, to transformation and to a deeper connection to something far greater than words can explain. A knowingness that asks us to go inwards if only we listen.
With love

This Sunday 7pm
Trying something a little different…
We’ll start with some gentle conversation around life and death, using a few reflection cards to guide it.
Then we’ll move into a sound bath and just let everything settle.
You don’t need to share.
You don’t need to have anything figured out.
Just come as you are.
