Welcome to my TED Talk..
Probably the most vulnerable post I’ve ever shared
But I did tell you I was going to be more open about what’s actually been going on for me
You’re seeing the rebuild
But there were a lot of things you couldn’t see
You saw what was displayed on social media
And social media is a highlight reel
I’m not where I want to be yet
My health still isn’t completely in the clear
But for the first time in a long time
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel
And if this year has taught me anything..
It’s that I’m resilient as f**k
And you can’t be beaten if you keep showing up
So if you’re struggling right now
Be true to yourself
And keep showing up
Because one day, things will become a lot clearer
And you’ll realise you’re stronger than you ever knew x

And just like that..
The first ever DEFINE is complete 🥺
Take a look at some of the results ➡️
(Several of the ladies also had holidays during this time!!! Wowzerrrs)
8 weeks ago, these women all started in completely different places
But they all had one thing in common..
They knew they wanted change
Looking back, there’s so much more these ladies achieved than just the physical changes
Things like:
‘Previously I would’ve just given up at this point but now I know, with your guidance and support, to trust the science’
‘I’m making decisions on who I want to be and how I want to feel’
‘I had one glass of wine instead of a bottle and ignored the little voice telling me to have more’
‘Normally I would’ve completely binged and ruined it all, but I didn’t’
‘I enjoyed my holiday without feeling guilty and got straight back into my routine when I got home’
‘People have started commenting on the changes they’ve noticed in me’
‘I have been using the education you’ve given to guide my choices and it’s helping so much’
These are the wins that people don’t see
They’re the reason the transformations happen in the first place
DEFINE was never just about getting the best result possible in 8 weeks
It was about learning how to manage holidays, social occasions and busy periods
Learning that consistency beats perfection
Learning to trust yourself again
Learning that the journey goes way beyond 8 weeks
And when you understand why you’re doing something, everything changes
You stop making decisions based on emotion
You stop chasing perfection
You stop panicking when life gets busy
You make decisions that align with the woman you’re becoming
And that’s something nobody can ever take away from you
To every single woman who joined the first ever DEFINE

4 weeks of progress..
We’re only just getting started, but I wanted to show you what’s possible when you stop waiting for the ‘perfect time’
Right now, so many women are putting their goals on hold because it’s summer
Holidays
BBQs
Weekends away
Social occasions
Life feels too busy
But guess what..
Summer ends whether you start or not
In a few months you’ll either be grateful you showed up or wishing you’d started sooner
The women who get the results aren’t the ones with wait for the perfect time
They’re the ones who learn how to keep going when life isn’t perfect
Because after summer comes Christmas
And birthdays
Work gets busy
Then there will be something else
Life never stops happening
And we haven’t done anything extreme here
✔️ Built structure around nutrition & meal timings
✔️Learning how to manage social occasions
✔️ Built confidence with training & focusing on ex*****on in the gym
✔️ Focusing on daily movement
✔️ Understanding that more doesn’t = better
Simple & repeatable, whilst learning along the process
And this is only 4 weeks
I genuinely can’t wait to see where this journey takes her, one to watch!
