Not the result we wanted but some stand out performances.

First off, want to applaud the boys for putting the shift in they did in this heat ☀️☀️

We planned on a light session targeting dribbling and teamwork, it’s not usually good when the boys don’t listen, but tonight they didn’t, ‘light’ effort went out the window and the boys put everything out on the grass 👏👏

Trainer of the week goes to Oscar 🏆 who most weeks shows us how Messi dribbles, he will take on 3/4 players and sometimes struggles to get a pass off at the end of it, but tonight, he was doing his usual Messi dribbles but he was adding Messi passes and through balls on to his game, he was on absolute fire tonight, well done mate 🤝

Session was finished off with a special visitor who joined in with our penalty shoot out against our Number 1 🧤

None other than former…..Celtic player who is mainly known up Scotland for his Ross county days scoring the late winner to keep Ross county in the Scottish premiership and winning the cup final Micheal Gardyne.

Micheal loved watching the lads and was more then impressed with the lads work rate, dribbling and teamwork. But what he liked the most was how engaged the lads were with excellent behaviour and attitude to the game. All smiling having fun in the sun was a pleasure to see.

⚫️⚪️ **TRAINING NIGHT | HUNCOAT UNITED U7s WHITES** ⚪️⚫️

The boys were back at it tonight, training incredibly hard in the heat, but they didn't let that stop them one bit. In fact, they even objected to having a hydration break! 🫣🥵

The start of the session was delayed after a huge swarm of bees descended on the pitch. Honestly, I've never seen anything like it! We kept well out of the way and stayed low until they had passed, which gave us a great opportunity to have a good chat with the boys before getting started.

Once we got going, we focused on our 3v3 football with a big emphasis on passing, movement and creating space. We then finished with a match that was brilliantly contested from start to finish, with just a single goal separating the two teams. It was fantastic to see everything we'd worked on being put into practice.

🏆 **TRAINER OF THE WEEK ALERT** 🏆

This week's winner put in a top-class performance from start to finish. His driving runs down the left wing were a constant threat, and some of the crosses he was whipping into the box were absolutely world class. Add to that some brilliant tackling, excellent passing and a real willingness to track back and help his teammates, and he thoroughly deserved this week's award.
