Most foods contain a mix of macronutrients. This post groups foods by their primary macros to make it easier to understand what you’re actually eating and how to build balanced meals
Protein helps you build and maintain muscle, and keeps you fuller for longer
Carbs are your body’s preferred source of energy for training and daily life
Fats are essential for hormone production, brain function and overall health
The overlap is where foods contain amounts of more than one macronutrient
A simple way to plan a meal would be: pick a protein source, add a carb source, include a fat source, add fruit/veg.
Remember that no food is “good” or “bad”. Understanding what foods are made up of is what allows you to make choices that fit your goals 🤝

Training is flying atm and *touch wood* the injuries are gone. Still being sensible with some stuff but having the confidence to progress like this feels great
