🔥⚽️ Match report - U12 girls ⚽️🔥

Our U12 girls played a friendly today against Lancashire Spitfires.

We only had 9 players available but you’d never have known as all 9 girls worked their socks off for the entire game!

It was a close game with lots of chances for both teams but our Allstars came away with a well deserved 2-0 win 🔥

Our goals were scored by Ava and Sienna. Ava scored our first with a brilliant strike from long range and Sienna calmly finished past the keeper to make it two ⚽️

The Player of the Match today was birthday girl Lorna!
Lorna worked really hard all game had some great runs down the right hand side and was unlucky not to score 🏆

Well done girls, great performance 👏🏼

Today was a friendly for our U8 girls but it was a really important one as it gave Poppy and Amelia the opportunity to make their debuts for the team.
Every single girl was fantastic from start to finish, showing brilliant effort, determination and teamwork. It was great to see everyone enjoying themselves and playing together so well 👏🏼

A huge well done to Poppy and Amelia, who never stopped running and gave absolutely everything in their first game. Their work rate and attitude were outstanding, making them joint Players of the Match. We couldn’t be prouder of how hard they worked 🏆

Ottie put in an outstanding performance in goal in the first half, making some excellent decisions when the opposition were through on goal and pulling off some brilliant saves. Before scoring a brilliant goal on the second half when playing outfield 🧤⚽️

Nanci played some lovely football, showing great vision and producing some excellent passing throughout the game. This made her the opposing teams POTM 🏆

Luna, as always, was rock solid in defence. She held the defensive line brilliantly, on her own, and was calm and dependable throughout 💪🏼

A well done to Darcy, who had been poorly all week but still ran her socks off and gave everything she could scoring three brilliant goals and causing the opposition defence problems all game ⚽️⚽️⚽️

Well done to all of the girls. It was lovely to see everyone playing together, encouraging each other and enjoying their football 🔥

Our Allstars started brightly, putting Rishton under pressure and creating a couple of early chances. With a few players missing today, several of the lads had to play out of position - but they were absolutely outstanding and gave everything for the team! 💪🏼
