Dan / U8s & u10s 5pm - 6pm
Dan / U12s 5.30 - 6.30pm
Dan / U14s, u16s - 6pm - 7pm
Dan / U18s - 7pm

For the ones going into year 9 in September and years 10&11

💪Cofiwch, os ydych yn mynd mewn i flwyddyn ysgol 9 yn mis Medi ac eisiau defnyddio'r ystafell ffitrwydd yna mae angen i chi fynychu cwrs cyflwyno. Mae rhai llefydd ar ôl ar gyfer wythnos yma. Ni fydd cyrsiau yn rhedeg ym mis Medi felly nawr yw'r amser! Rydym wedi ychwanegu slot 10yb Dydd Mercher (2il Medi) hefyd.

💪Remember, if you going into school year 9 in September and want to use the fitness suite then you must attend a gym induction. There are still a few spaces left this week. We won't have any inductions running in September so now is the time to book. We have also added a 10am slot next Wednesday 2nd September.

If you're thinking of joining but worried about associated costs, school PE kit will do the job, we have a selection of second hand studs at the club (return them when you've outgrown them) and you must buy a gumshield which are for sale in the club for around £5
