Wow what an exciting milestone - started up this business 6 years ago with the goal of helping get netball back on its feet post covid and with the dream of branching out further than just my home town and to develop myself and my knowledge as a coach!!

Since then I’ve worked with so many incredibly talented netballers of all ages, playing levels and abilities from across South Wales🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Little did baby Cait know that she’d go on to take over her junior and senior club, coach at a regional academy and working in the NPL pathway as Dragons assistant coach for 17s and 19s!!

For anyone that knows me will know this is more than just a business to me - it’s always been more than that - it’s about passing on the knowledge and spreading the passion for netball to as many people as possible!!💖

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported me so far on this journey - excited to see where the next few years take us🫶🏼🫶🏼

Also swipe to see some of my OG netballers who have grown so much since their first sessions🥹 We braved every weather possible outdoors with make shift flood lights for those winter sessions!! It also included some zoom sessions where lockdowns couldn’t stop us from keeping the netball alive🙌🏽

Friday W6💖

Last day of summer sessions🥲 it’s been a crazy busy summer but have loved every second of it, working with so many talented netballers👏🏼

• Duo session with Seren and Sophie, great intensity with their speed and drives and then some focus on strong holds for Seren and some back and ups for Soph!
• Eleni expanding her attacking skills - looking at a strong front holds
• Last session for Indie in her summer block - made some fantastic progress in her speed onto the ball and overall fitness, tough sessions but you’ve smashed it!! (And we worked so hard this week that I forgot to video🙈)
• Another introduction session with Rosie ready for her joining a club this September!! Loved to see how much she had taken on board since last session!!
• Finishing the day with a solid double session for Ava (again was so busy that I forgot to get the camera out🤦🏼‍♀️) looking at the tactical side of being a WD and how we can combat different styles of attack!!

Thursday W6🙌🏽

• Brilliant progress with Maisy, looking at some defensive movement and landings with the ball!
• Aofie and Harper learning new skills and looking and putting them into practice!
• First session with Mila, defensive focus - looking at some typical movement patterns and reinforcing the 3 stages of defence!
• Lillie-Mae working hard to take her feet to the ball with every intercept!
• Finishing my day with the lively Bella and Eva - cementing the basics for Eva and Bella looking at quick release of the ball to re-offer!

Tuesday W6

•Amazing movement and consistency from Eleni today, sharp drives and accurate shots🎯
•Brilliant session with Lilly-May, building on strong landings and adding some smooth moves to get free😮‍💨
•Double up session for Ffion covering ball skills, speed work and then movement in and around the circle - shots still going strong at the end too🔥

Week 6 - last one for the summer🥲💝

It’s been a busy but incredible summer of netball, looking forward to finishing it with lots more sessions and our final camps!!🙌🏽

Friday W5💪🏼

Another brilliant week with only one more to go until we wrap up for the summer🥲

• First time working with Poppy but what a delight! Working hard to discover how she can use her speed to her advantage but more importantly knowing when to use it!
• More speed work with Indie along with some creative shooter movement looking at clearing and driving hard!
•Annabelle’s first sessions and we loved to see the development from start to end!!
•Wrapping up the week with another milestone for Mads, first time changing direction and building up to a decent speed too👏🏼👏🏼

Thursday W5🙌🏽

•Mads on the move, with the all clear from physios we’ve started to build up her speed and landings!
•Another amazing job from Pippa, excellent shooting with some solid footwork!
• Group session with Bella, Eva and Lola - strong attacking work and solid landings!!
• Defensive session for Menna, quick feet and sharp angles to get those intercepts!
