It was an absolute joy for these young lads to make their debut playing senior cricket today all scoring runs and few wickets taken, done theirselves proud considering they been playing hard ball cricket 6 weeks and played with no fear !

🏏| JUNIOR TRAINING
Blaina Cricket Club are pleased to announce we have now formed our very own junior section. It has always been a long term goal of the club to develop the youth of the community and to promote well-being. Following recent interest within the community we are pleased to be able to launch a junior under 12s side, for ages 10-12.
We’re looking forward to working with the children and parents starting this Friday, 5:30-7:00pm at Blaina Central Park (NP13 1AY). Any children between the ages 10-12 are welcome.
We would like to say a huge thank you to the parents in helping to get this kick started, with a special mention to Mark White at Cricket Wales for his guidance and support. We’re looking forward to seeing you all at Friday’s session.
