I have slowed down more this month, a few weeks having 3 sessions instead of my usual 4. A few extra treats, more meals and social outings to enjoy the festive period.
It’s okay to not have a PERFECT month, 1 month out of the whole year 🤭👀

I hear this all the time…
I can’t stick to my diet, I get so hungry, that I just end up eating more and more!
It happens! Most often if calories are tooo low, but also if you’re choosing foods that aren’t very filling but are high in calories!
When your aim is to drop body fat, you need to be in that calorie deficit, and when you’re here you want to be smart about your food choices!
More protein, and more high volume foods = helps you stay fuller for longer which will stop you from wanting to snack again and again!

Tracking your progress is key ☑️
You need to be able to see if you’re actually changing, and if you’re not, you know you can tweak something to see more progress 🙏🏼
But it’s important to not ONLY weigh on the scales… because we know how easy they can fluctuate day to day.
Try also measuring your body with a measuring tape, and taking photos each week!
Photos can show so much more than a number on the scales 👀 sometimes our bodies can look completely different, but not show a huge difference on the scales
