Today is a day to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s and the impact it has on so many families.

At If You Dink I Dink, we know that being active is about so much more than exercise. 🏓💗

It’s about friendship, connection, laughter and looking after our wellbeing.

Every week, we come together to have a bit of fun, get moving, learn something new and, most importantly, enjoy time together. 🥰

For some people, staying active and socially connected can be an important part of supporting overall brain health and wellbeing. 💜

And behind every game, every laugh and every “one more game?” there are friendships being made and memories being created. 🏓😂

Today, we’re thinking of everyone living with Alzheimer’s or dementia, and all the families and carers supporting them. 💜

Keep moving. Keep connected. Keep making memories. 🧠💜
