This is what it’s all about ❤️

The test is finished. The nerves are gone. They’ve passed.🥋

Then they spot Mum, Dad, grandparents or family waiting for them… and run straight over for that hug 🥹

That moment of pure happiness from the kids and pride from the parents is something special.

Behind every new belt are weeks and months of hard work, commitment, nerves, challenges and determination. And behind every young student is a family supporting them along the way.

These are the moments they’ll remember.

A new belt around their waist, a huge smile on their face and someone they love telling them how proud they are.

This is what it’s all about 🖤

Well done to every single one of our young kickboxers who tested and passed at PMA Abergele 👏🥋

🥋 BELT TESTING & PROMOTIONS AT PMA Abergele - Martial Arts & Fitness 🥋

What a grading 👏

Probably one of the best belt testings we’ve ever had at PMA Abergele and possibly one of our busiest too!

The standard and quality on display was outstanding from start to finish. Every student who stepped onto the mats earned the right to be there through their hard work, commitment and dedication in training.

⭐ SPECIAL RECOGNITION

A huge congratulations to Miah Pack and Emily Stewart, who both skipped a belt due to their exceptional performance and standards throughout training and grading day.

🏆 STARS OF THE GRADING

⭐ Dragon Star of the Grading — Nancy Voss
⭐ Lower Junior Star of the Grading — Ciaran Evans
⭐ Higher Junior Star of the Grading — Ashley Stewart

To everyone who earned a new belt yesterday, congratulations. Remember, belt testing isn’t just about one day. It’s about the weeks and months of training beforehand. The classes attended, the effort given, the discipline shown and the commitment to keep improving.

Thank you Chris Pritchard Pma for testing our guys. It was a brilliant grading as always 🙏🏻

A huge thank you to all our parents, grandparents and guardians too. Thank you for the lifts, the washed uniforms, the encouragement and the support you give behind the scenes. We appreciate everything you do.

Finally, thank you to every member and family who has placed their trust in me (Jack) & Sacha. You could have chosen anywhere to train, but you chose PMA Abergele and we’re truly grateful.

We’re incredibly proud of everyone… but this is only the beginning. The future of PMA Abergele is exciting and we’re committed to continuing to raise the standard even higher.

Congratulations everyone🥋👏

🥊 INCREDIBLE WEIGHT LOSS 👏🔥

A massive congratulations to three of our kickboxers who have achieved some fantastic weight loss results:

💪 Kristan Elie — 3 stone 4 lbs since December
💪 Denzel Simon — 3 stone 13 lbs since April
💪 Matthew Renwick — 2 stone 7 lbs since March

🔥 COMBINED WEIGHT LOSS: 9 STONE 10 LBS🔥

These results haven’t happened by accident.

All three have shown incredible hard work, dedication and consistency. Turning up, training week after week and putting the work in every single session.

Alongside their kickboxing training, they’ve taken responsibility for their nutrition, sorted out their diets and stayed focused on their goals.

9 stone 10 lbs between three people is an incredible achievement 👏

Well done, gents! We’re all incredibly proud of you at PMA Abergele - Martial Arts & Fitness 🥊

Here’s to continuing to push forward and reaching your fitness and weight goals 💪🔥
