Another week of great netball, continued development and plenty of determination from all of our teams

A huge well done to everyone who took to the court and represented the club. It’s fantastic to see players building confidence, supporting one another and continuing to develop as the summer season progresses.

A little later than planned, but here are our Week 1 Summer League results 💜

It was a fantastic start to the summer season, with all three teams taking to the court and representing the club with great effort, teamwork and determination.

As our final post for this Volunteers’ Week, we’re shining a spotlight on one of our long serving volunteers, Jade 💜

Over many years, Jade has dedicated countless hours to supporting the club, helping it grow, and creating opportunities for players across all age groups. Jade’s leadership, commitment, and passion for netball have helped shape the club into what it is today 💙

As part of Volunteers’ Week, we’re taking a look behind the scenes of our recent Awards Night 💜🏆

Events like these don’t just happen on their own. From planning and organising to setting up, decorating, coordinating awards, taking photos and making sure everything runs smoothly on the night, there are countless hours of volunteer time involved

While players take centre stage on the evening, it’s our volunteers working behind the scenes who help make these special moments possible

Their commitment, encouragement and support help create a positive environment where players can learn, grow and enjoy being part of a team

As part of Volunteers’ Week, we’d like to introduce our 2026/27 Committee 💜

Our committee members are all volunteers who give their time, energy, and skills behind the scenes to help support the club, our players, coaches, families, and wider netball community 💙

This year, we’re excited to welcome a mix of returning and new committee members who are committed to building on the strong foundations laid by those before them and helping the club continue to grow 🩵

Alongside supporting the day to day running of the club, the committee has already started work on developing a number of goals and priorities for the future. These focus on strengthening coaching, supporting volunteers, improving operations, and creating opportunities to turn member feedback into positive action 👏🏼

We’re looking forward to sharing more about these goals and the plans behind them in the coming weeks 💜
