❤️ CHARITY FUNDRAISER FOR Dreams & Wishes Charity - a south wales based charity who provides vital support to ill children, as well as helping to build happy memories by granting lifelong wishes.

The event takes place THIS SATURDAY at Linda Vista Gardens in Abergavenny.

It’s a fun workout, full of games & activities, and your support would mean the world!

5.5KG difference between these pics and the body composition is changing/abs are coming! 🙌🏽 This has been done through a continuous calorie deficit - whilst still enjoying life/social events - as well as his consistent hard work in the gym 💪🏽
