We’ll be flowing through gentle restorative yoga, drifting into calming guided meditation, and melting into a deeply soothing sound bath—the perfect way to reset, recharge, and reconnect.

We’re unraveling the mat (foundations) of SeaSoul Hub slowly and mindfully while moving house. Trying our best to get it open for you all while protecting our own wellbeing while doing so.
There is no need to rush just a desire to move with care.
A soft mindfulness approach to business and life is what we are about.

Hello, I’m Heather Murray, counsellor, EMDR therapist and psychotherapist, working with individuals and couples.

I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever is happening in your life.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, relationships, ADHD, identity, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you find clarity and connection.

I currently work online and will soon be welcoming clients in person at SeaSoul Wellness Looe in Cornwall where we have a hub in the town centre with beautifully appointed therapy rooms.
