We’re delighted to welcome Rupert into our Youth Programme for the upcoming season. A talented and intelligent playmaker who has come right through the Abergavenny pathway and gone on to represent Bath Rugby, Rupert brings excellent game management, vision and attacking flair to the squad 💥

Rupert was also part of the successful Abergavenny U16 side that won the Dragons Cup last season 🏆🐉

We’re delighted to welcome William into our Youth Programme for the upcoming season. A powerful prop who has come right through the Abergavenny pathway and gone on to represent the Blues, William combines physicality up front with silky skills in open play, making him a real asset to the squad 💥

We’re delighted to welcome Keegan to Abergavenny RFC for the coming season.
Keegan came onto our radar through one of our Facebook recruitment posts after recently moving to the area, and we’re really pleased he got in touch. He arrived as an unknown to us, but it didn’t take long to see the quality he brings.
With the ability to cover two positions where we were looking to strengthen, Keegan is a fantastic addition to the squad. From the very first touch rugby session, both Jonny and I were hugely impressed. He has an excellent physical presence, a strong all-round skill set, and, just as importantly, he settled into the group immediately. He got involved from day one and fitted into the squad seamlessly.
We’re really excited to see Keegan pull on the Abergavenny colours this season. We’re confident he’ll be a great addition to the club, and we can’t wait for our supporters to see what he’s all about.

We are delighted that another Abergavenny lad has wanted to return to his hometown club and be apart of the rebuild.
Gav expressed a desire for a change and a freshen up, and has looked mobile and trained with a smile on his face so far. Having worked with Gav previously, he punches well above his weight at scrum time, and is very busy in his loose game. He also has a great relationship with James Lane and is always pushing him which is great, and Gav will be a great help for me guiding the young props we have. It’s great Gav has seen something in us that he wants to carry on his rugby journey with us, and I hope he has a great season
