What’s your favourite way to get your cardio in?
There’s so much happening around Aberdeen this summer—from music festivals and dance events to beach clean-ups. And let’s not forget the beautiful hills and Corbetts (Scottish hill Between 2,500 and 3,000 feet) just waiting to be explored! 🏔️
My absolute favourite hill has to be Clachnaben—the views are always worth the climb!
Cardio doesn’t have to mean spending hours on a treadmill. Find something you enjoy, get outdoors, and make the most of the longer days.
Whatever activity you choose, don’t forget to look after your body:
✅ Warm up with dynamic stretches before you start.
✅ Finish with static stretches afterwards to aid recovery, improve flexibility, and help reduce your risk of injury.
