Free workshop for anyone dealing with Anxiety.

Join our free workshop on Wednesday 2nd September where we'll be exploring how to understand anxiety, reduce stigma, and challenge unhelpful thoughts. Have you recently adopted your little one and ready to join a group to meet other families?

Come and join our Adoption Peep Group! It is a friendly and supportive family learning group, with lots of songs, story time, play activities for your wee ones, including messy play, outdoor play, music and movement. We also have time for a chat, tea and coffee for you at the end.

It is on every Monday afternoon at Deeside Family Resource Centre. The group will start again next week on Monday 24th August. It is a free service delivered by Aberdeen City Council.

It is open to families with adopted children aged between 0 and 5. For more information, please get in touch with Meg by emailing [email protected] for more information.
