Suggestions are that around 80% of those who enter the industry leave within year 1 🥺

Reasons vary but include

⏱️Having to work longer hours than anticipated and often unsociable hours
💷Income expectations and reality being very different
💻 Harder to build a client database than expected
👨🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻Lack of mentorship or support after certification
