Only 2 weeks on from breaking the 13 year old 50 freestyle Scottish Age Group Record at the Scottish Open Champs, tonight Rhys sets a new record, becoming the first Scottish 13 year old to break the 25 second mark in a time of 24.92. An amazing performance! Well done Rhys 🏆
