Here’s to another busy week ahead 🙌

Kids are back to school, holidays are wrapping up and routines are starting to settle back in.

It’s always a good time of year to get some structure back into your training and build some momentum heading into the rest of the year 📈

We deliberately chose not to open a membership gym.

It’s probably not the best business model. We could just fill the gym with as many members as possible.

But we genuinely believe this is the best set up for our clients.

Every session is by appointment, so the gym never feels busy, you’ll never be waiting for equipment, and every client gets our full attention.

We wouldn’t have it any other way.

If you’d like to find out more, just send us a message. 👊

2013 – Getting CN Fitness 1.0 ready.

2026 – Getting CN Fitness 2.0 ready.

There is so much that goes on behind the scenes when you’re building a brick-and-mortar business that people never see.

The sleepless nights. The financial risk. The self-doubt. The constant problem-solving. The fear of “What if it all goes wrong?”

Through every stage of the journey, my wife, Aga, has been there to steady the ship and keep me sane.

From helping get our first gym ready back in 2013 to working alongside me until the early hours preparing our new facility in 2026, she’s been a huge part of everything we’ve built.

Last Saturday morning, the tradespeople finished up at the new gym and we spent the next 18 hours cleaning, from 8:00am until 2:00am, before being back again at 8:00am the following morning to do it all over again.

Thirty hours before opening, we were literally on our hands and knees at 2:00am scrubbing silicone off the gym flooring. It was complete chaos, but it was also a lot of fun and is already one of those memories I’ll always look back on with a smile.

She’s supported me through the good days and the difficult ones (and there have been plenty), put up with all the stress that comes with running a business, and has always been willing to do whatever needed done.

CN Fitness wouldn’t be where it is today without her 🙏

Today we say goodbye to the place that has been home to CN Fitness for the past 13 years.

This building has been far more than just a gym. It has been the setting for tens of thousands of pt sessions, countless achievements, transformations, and the place where so many people have trusted us to be part of their journey.

When we opened our doors, the goal was simple: provide the best personal training service we possibly could and help people get results.

Over the years, we've never been concerned with chasing trends. We've simply focused on becoming better coaches, looking after our clients and doing our best to help every person who walked through the door.

Looking back, we're incredibly proud of what has been achieved here.

To every client, past and present, thank you. Thank you for your trust, your support and for allowing us to be part of your journey. Everything we've built has only been possible because of you.

A special thank you also goes to Matt and Greg. Your professionalism, commitment and dedication have played a huge part in making CN Fitness what it is today. Standing here with you both at the end of this chapter is something I'm very proud of.

Closing these doors for the final time is a strange feeling. This place has been our home for over a decade and has been a huge part of our lives. It holds a lot of memories, and it will always be an important part of the CN Fitness story.

But this isn't the end.

We're not going anywhere.

We've spent a long time working towards what's next, and we can't wait to show you what we've been building.

Some kind words from Natasha about her time working with us.

One of the main reasons we opened CN 13 years ago was so that our clients can work with a coach and learn how to train properly in an environment that they feel comfortable in.

No waiting on equipment or overcrowding like in commercial gyms, just you and your coach getting the job done.

`Before visiting CN fitness, I had tried many diet fads and wasted a lot of money with gym memberships that I did not attend.

I lacked in confidence to know what to do when working out and became impatient with any regime as I did not feel the results.

My sessions with CN were empowering. They taught me how to exercise efficiently and effectively anywhere, any time.

They also made me aware of my nutrition pitfalls and patiently educated me on how I could eat better.

After attending these sessions, I learnt what it felt like to push myself and how to lift weights with correct form. I feel these sessions have equipped me with the skills that I need to stay fit even after I’ve finished my 1 to 1 sessions.

It’s a very friendly, non-intimidating and professional environment, where you can learn and push yourself without feeling self-conscious.‘
