Our new à la carte menu for Thursday dinner and Friday lunch is here!
Please note that Wednesday lunch services will be our 3rd year advanced professional cookery students menus. These menus are not available just yet so please do keep an eye on the page for further updates and dates available for these.
The menu displayed here will run on the following dates and times. This will be for September and October dates following a period of training. Please use messenger to make a reservation.
Friday Lunch - 25th September - bookings taken at 12pm, 1215pm and 1230pm. The restaurant closes at 2pm.
Friday Lunch - 2nd October - bookings taken at 12pm, 1215pm and 1230pm. The restaurant closes at 2pm.
Friday Lunch - 9th October - bookings taken at 12pm, 1215pm and 1230pm. The restaurant closes at 2pm.
Please bear in mind that the first few services will be limited on guest numbers to allow our students a settling in period to build their confidence, adjust and get used to working in the restaurant environment.
We appreciate your patience in the first few weeks to allow our students this time.
Our students are at the heart of everything we do, and these early services provide them with valuable opportunities to learn, develop their skills and gain practical experience within a supportive environment.
We kindly ask that guests are mindful that we are a college training restaurant where our students have other commitments and do follow a timetable. We ask that you observe closing times as best you can.
We look forward to the new academic year ahead and welcoming our guests both returning and new.

Final menu of the academic year!
The students are just about done for the year but have one last menu for you.

Bringing learning to life.
This week, our 3rd year Advanced Professional Cookery students had the exciting opportunity to visit the five star luxury Marcliffe Hotel.
As part of their studies, students are exploring key aspects of a chef’s role, including menu development, stock ordering, staff induction, and training. The knowledgeable team at the hotel provided valuable insight into each of these areas.
During the visit, students toured the hotel rooms, function suites, and working kitchens, while also hearing about the hotel’s future plans.
The experience was rounded off with a meal in the brand new impressive Skylark Brasserie.
As our third year students near the end of their time with us, opportunities like this offer a meaningful glimpse into life beyond college.
A huge thank you to General Manager Bev, Head Chef Alan, and the entire team at The Marcliffe for their time and for creating such a memorable experience for our students.

Last themed menu of the academic year!
It’s hard to believe that our 3rd year Advanced Professional Cookery students are approaching the end of their studies but there is one final chance to sample a themed menu from them. They have been a massive hit so far and this one will be no exception.
Austria 🇦🇹 and India 🇮🇳 are our final destinations for the year and you can book your table via messenger.
Available dates as follows:
Wednesday 29th April lunch - bookings taken at 12pm, 1215pm and 1230pm with the restaurant closing at 2pm.
