People often ask why I don’t sell kebabs.

The simple reason is that I know exactly what goes into many of them. A lot of places use low-quality meat with too much fat and fillers. Many people enjoy it, and that’s their choice, but after years in the food business, I know the ins and outs of what’s often used.

That’s why I choose not to sell kebabs. My focus is on serving quality food made with good ingredients. I want to offer food that I’m proud to serve and that my customers can trust.

Quality will always come before taking shortcuts.
