Most people don’t walk into a gym feeling confident.

Confidence comes from learning, practising and realising that you’re more capable than you thought.

No one walks into AKR and is expected to jump straight under a barbell.

We meet you where you are.

That might mean starting with a bodyweight squat, a box squat or holding a dumbbell.
We coach the movement, build good technique and repeat the fundamentals until they feel natural. As your skills grow, so does your confidence.
