What a fantastic start to our Futsal Camp!

Day 1 was a huge success!
The players brought incredible enthusiasm, energy, and effort from start to finish. It was brilliant to see so many smiles, lots of new skills being learned.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part in today’s futsal tournament! ⚽🏆

Firstly, we’d like to say a massive thank you to Futsal Escocia and Tynedale Futsal Club for making the long journey to Aberdeen. Your commitment to supporting futsal and travelling such a distance is hugely appreciated, and it helped make today such a fantastic event.

Congratulations to Aberdeen Futsal Academy, who produced an outstanding performance throughout the day. After an impressive 4-0 victory over a strong Tynedale side in the semi-final, they went on to face Futsal Escocia, who had overcome West End in their semi-final. The final was a brilliant advert for futsal, with Aberdeen Futsal Academy edging a fiercely contested match 2-1 to lift the trophy.

A huge well done to every player, coach, volunteer and supporter who helped make today such a success. The standard of futsal on display and the willingness of clubs to travel from across the country highlights the continued growth of the game in Scotland.

U14 Girls Futsal Festival

A huge well done to all of the teams who took part in yesterday morning’s U14 Girls Futsal Festival!

What a fantastic morning of futsal! It was brilliant to see so many teams getting involved, with every game played in a competitive but respectful spirit. The standard of futsal on display was excellent, and it was clear to see that everyone had a great time.

Well done to AFA reds who ran out 4-3 winners after a very competitive final.

It’s fantastic to see girls’ futsal continuing to grow across the North, with more and more players getting involved.

A big thank you to all of the players and coaches 👏

We have been busy running trial sessions across the boys and girls divisions which have been absolutely jam packed at u12 and u14 level but we need help at u16 level (bot boys and girls) to complete the pathway.

Just one step from our first teams, and a chance to compete in the Scottish Futsal Super League on the men's side, or to play alongside the 2025 Women's Scottish Cup winners, it is the ideal time to be thinking about futsal.

ANNOUNCEMENT: The Men's Scottish Futsal League - Aberdeen comes to Strikers Aberdeen on Wednesday evenings from this September onwards!

All matches are refereed by SFA officials with participating teams also gaining access to the Scottish Futsal Cup, and the potential promotion pathway to Scottish Super League and Europe.
