I’m a very proud plant mama...🪴🌱🎋
Plants are so beautiful and calming to look at, they add a lot to any room, help us to connect to nature, and some of them are wonderful air purifiers...
And we can also use them as an object to practice Mindfulness, observing how they grow, focusing our attention on their shapes, colors or texture.💚
