Are you pregnant or trying for a baby?
Here are 4 things I would do differently if I found out I was pregnant today. From a toddler mum and online fitness coach 💜
Every pregnancy and birth is different so you should always listen to your body and do what feels right for you. Gather as much information as possible and choose what you want to do based on facts and not just because someone shamed you into it!!
Drop an emoji in the comments if this helped you and send it on to a mum to be 💜👇

A reminder that showing up when you don’t want to is going to make all the difference 💜
Some weeks motivation is so high and you are ready to go!!
Some weeks you are dragging your butt out for a walk and still not feeling great after it…
Some workouts feel so strong 💪
Some workouts are going through the motions…
And some days you just don’t have it in you
That doesn’t mean you have failed or that you need to “restart”
It means you are human and you are a busy mum!!
As a full-time worker, mum & coach, I’ve learned that consistency doesn’t mean perfection…
It means keeping going, even when life is chaotic 💜
Do you struggle with consistency? Comment below or DM CONSISTENT and I’ll send you my working mum starter guide 👇

The most common mistake I see busy women make?
Trying to follow unrealistic, generic fitness routines that don’t actually fit their life
Then feeling like they have“failed” when they can’t keep up with it and give up all together
As a mum, full-time worker, runner and coach, I can 100% relate
You don’t need perfection, you need realistic
And realistic still gets results 💪
Tell me honestly, what’s the hardest part about staying consistent?👇

Week 20/52 - 2026 - fitness edition
Weddings, cake making, more recipe ideas, still resting on the running front 😅
Fun fact about me - I picked up cake decorating as a hobby during Covid and made my own wedding cake. My cousins cake in the picture is the 5th wedding cake I have created ☺️ and I make lots of cakes for family and friends too!
