Trying to get the balance of strength (building that engine) and cardio (building up that endurance) this past few weeks. Graft is paying off with times getting better for runs and muscles managing to cope under immense strain and soreness 😫 past few weeks i would say there has only been 2 or 3 days where I have not been sore.

Consistency is key, keep showing up and doing what you can πŸ’ͺ🏻

Few more classes and 1 more run before Gauntlet πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

Ive been very quiet on here recently, working away, busy with my PTs and most importantly chipping away at myself and my own goals.

Consistency is the key! You are allowed good days and bad days but most importantly you get back on track and keep going no matter what life throws at you πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

I have been trying to be as consistent as I can since march. I have had nothing but injuries and illness meanwhile training for the Duthie Park 10km, Mactuff, Soon to be FarmRox, Gauntlet and 15km Illuminator Run. Pushing myself comes with consequences πŸ˜ͺ but knowing my body and under going bowen treatment, Im slowly but surely getting back on track.

Results are starting to show πŸ™ŒπŸ»
