Za nami 3. kolejka ligowa i z ogromną dumą (oraz ulgą) meldujemy, że komplet punktów ląduje na naszym koncie. 🎯🔥

Atmosfera na meczu była tradycyjnie wyśmienita, choć nie obeszło się bez lekkich dramatów. Pot leczył się strumieniami, podwójne zamykały się czasem dopiero wtedy, gdy tarcza sama zaczynała błagać o litość, a cyfra 26 padła dzisiaj tyle razy, że chyba powinnismy zgłosić ją jako nasz oficjalny sponsor. Najważniejsze jednak, że w kluczowych momentach ręka nie zadrżała (albo zadrżała w dobrą stronę) i wyszliśmy z tej batalii zwycięsko! 🏆

Mamy to! Poniedziałkowy mecz zaliczony, punkty dopisane do tabeli, a tarcza znów musi zbierać siły do kolejnego spotkania. 💪

Wszystko poszłopo naszej myśli, a potrójne 20 wchodziły z taka lekkością, jakby same szukały najlepszej drogi. Rywale walczyli dzielnie, ale to był nasz dzień i nasze podwójne decydowały o wyniku.

Mamy to! Pierwszy mecz w Trofeum Donalda Taylora oficjalnie w kieszeni, a nasza drużyna rozpoczyna tę przygodę z przytupem 💪

O tym, że do pamiątkowego zdjęcia przydałoby się w ogóle stanąć, przypomnieliśmy sobie dokładnie w momencie, gdy zeszliśmy z sali, a wszyscy rywale zdążyli już pojechać do domu. W efekcie mamy w telefonie tylko jedną, wiekopomną fotkę zrobioną już po wszystkim – kiedy ochłonęliśmy, posprzątaliśmy i wyglądamy bardziej jak grupa zmęczonych turystów na przystanku autobusowym niż mistrzowie Darta 😂

Tarcza zweryfikowała formę, rywale postawili twarde warunki, ale punkty lecą na nasze konto, a to najważniejsze. Brawo drużyna! ❤️

Następnym razem obiecujemy zrobić zdjęcie przed pierwszym legiem... albo chociaż zanim ktoś zgasi światło.

About taking a team photo... we only remembered just as we left the hall and aw the opponents had awready gone hame. So we’ve ended up with just one, classic photo taken right at the very end – once we’d cooled doon, cleared up, and looked more like a bunch of knackered tourists waiting for a bus than darts champs 😂
The board tested us, the opposition put up a proper scrap, but the points are in the bag and that’s the main thing. Well done team! ❤️
Next time we promise to get the photo afore the first leg... or at least afore somebody turns the lights aff.

Looking for a way to escape the "Sunday Scaries"? Instead of staring at the wall, start throwing sharp objects at it! (Relax, we strictly mean designated targets).

We are officially kicking off our darts "classes". The quotation marks are intentional – there will be no pop quizzes or getting called to the whiteboard. Instead, expect loads of laughs, sports rivalry, and high-fives at the dartboard with a seriously great crew.

Nasze lotki znowu lądują w tarczy, a nie w ścianie, więc czas na szybki raport z frontu! 🎯

Grupa pucharowa odhaczona, a dzisiaj wjechaliśmy w mecz ligowy z pełnym impetem. Walka była tak zacięta, że tablica punktowa mało nie stanęło w płomieniach! Rywale wyciągnęli zwycięstwo rzutem na taśmę, ale nikt nie płacze – mecz był po prostu kosmiczny, a atmosfera petarda!

Cup group stage ticked off, and today we jumped straight into our first league match at full speed. The battle was so close the scoreboard almost caught fire! The opponents managed to sn**ch the win right at the finish line, but no hard feelings – it was an epic match and the atmosphere was electric!

The calendar is packed, so there's no time to recover from the muscle soreness of picking up dropped darts:

Zeszłej nocy w ćwierćfinale Eric Smith Trophy było wszystko: emocje, zwroty akcji i walka do ostatniego rzutu!

Tym razem brakowało dosłownie milimetrów, żeby szala zwycięstwa przechyliła się na naszą stronę. Ostatecznie awans zgarnęli rywale, ale mecz był tak zacięty, że spokojnie mógłby służyć za scenariusz do dobrego thrillera. Gratulujemy przeciwnikom prześlizgnięcia się dalej! 😉

Samo zameldowanie się w najlepszej ósemce rozgrywek pokazało, że Granite Hussars potrafi zasiać spore zamieszanie. Zostawiliśmy na tarczy serce, sporo dobrej energii i pokazaliśmy kawał świetnej, zespołowej gry.

Last night’s Eric Smith Trophy quarter-final had it all: drama, plot twists, and a battle right down to the very last throw!

This time, we were just millimetres away from pulling off the win. In the end, our opponents narrowly sn**ched the spot in the next round, but it was such a close contest it could’ve easily been a thriller movie script. Huge congrats to them on squeezing through! 😉

Reaching the top eight was proof enough that Granite Hussars can stir up some serious trouble. We left our hearts and plenty of good energy out there, putting on a proper show of fantastic teamwork.

Za nami ostatnie, finałowe spotkanie Wakacyjnej Akademii Darta w Centrum Kultury Polonijnej! 🎯

Ostatnie tygodnie pokazały, że połączenie tarczy, ostrych rzutów (spokojnie, wszystkie ściany i palce przetrwały w całości!), mnóstwa ruchu i świetnej zabawy to był strzał w dziesiątkę. 😁 Młodzi adepci udowodnili, że tarcza nie ma przed nimi tajemnic, a ich celność powoli zaczyna zagrażać naszym umiejętnościom!

Na dzisiejszym zwieńczeniu akademii nie mogło zabraknąć ekipy Granite Hussars, która wpadła, by przybić piątki, podzielić się paroma trikami i oficjalnie wręczyć wszystkim dzieciakom pamiątkowe dyplomy. 📜🏆

Our Summer Darts Academy at the Polish Cultural Centre has officially wrapped up with its final session! 🎯

The past few weeks have shown that combining a dartboard, sharp throws (don't worry, all walls and fingers survived completely intact!), plenty of movement, and great fun was a total bullseye! 😁 Our young players proved that the board holds no secrets from them, and their accuracy is slowly starting to threaten our own skills!

For today's grand finale, the Granite Hussars team couldn't miss out on dropping by to high-five everyone, share a few tricks, and officially hand out commemorative certificates to all the kids. 📜🏆

A huge thank you to all our young darters for their fantastic energy, focus, and endless smiles at every session. A big round of applause also goes to the parents for showing up and for their patience!

Pierwszy mecz w sezonie, poniedziałkowa noc i... WYGRANA LĄDUJE W NASZYCH KIESZENIACH! 🔥💪

Co to był za mecz! Emocje trzymały do ostatniej sekundy, ciśnienie skakało jak szalone, ale daliśmy radę. Wywieźć zwycięstwo z terenu rywala na sam początek ligi? Lepszego scenariusza po prostu nie dało się napisać!

Ręce jeszcze trochę drżą z emocji (albo z niewyspania po poniedziałkowym powrocie 😉), ale było warto! Dzięki wielkie dla gospodarzy za ostry pojedynek i świetny klimat.
